Quality is built into EVERY aspect of the customer/supplier relationship.
From communication, quoting, engineering, purchase orders, part production, tagging, shipping and invoicing.
At every step, we focus on the Quality of the customer experience to make sure it is the highest possible.
Communication: Nobody likes being left in the dark or having to constantly “check in”. We give upfront communication all the way through our process. Starting with initial contact to purchase order receiving through to any potential bumps along the way. We communicate as soon as we know that way you can adjust as necessary and not have it become a “fire”.
Quoting: We respond with a quote within 24hrs. This includes accurate costs, realistic lead times, proper part numbers and quantities referenced and a unique quote number for easy referencing. These are items that other companies overlook and do not give the proper attention to. To us the details matter!
Engineering: Engineering reviews any new parts or revisions to make sure that we are producing the correct part before it is made. If there are any questions or concerns, we communicate immediately so that projects keep on track and meet completion dates.
Purchase Orders: We always provide confirmation that all purchase orders have been received. Also giving verification to costs and completion dates so there aren’t any “surprises” later.
Part Production: This is the step that most everyone thinks about for quality, and we do too! Our production format is laid out using ISO standards where parts are verified before moving to the next process step. This reduces issues later in process and mitigates the amount of potential lost time if parts need to be adjusted to meet specifications. We also have 100% quality assurance inspection of all parts before being released to the customers.
Part Tagging and Packaging: We make sure that all parts are properly tagged with all pertinent information to make receiving in to inventory simple. If there are specific customer requirements or our own standards we make sure the parts are packaged so that they do not get damaged and travel to your facility without issue.
Invoicing: All details are included on our invoicing from Purchase Order Number, to corresponding Part Number, Quantity and Accurate Pricing. All invoices are e-mailed out in a timely manner after completion. Our Accounting team sends monthly statements to ensure all invoices were properly received by our customers!
